What are we looking for? Data Engineer (Full Remote)
Skills Needed?
Academic background in Computer Science or Engineering;
3-4 years experience as data engineer
Experience with GIT (preferably bitbucket) ;
Professional experience with Python (mainly Pandas);
Professional experience with SQL ;
Professional experience with ETL processes;
Experience in Tableau / Power BI or other visualization tools;
Experience with CI / CD (Jenkins);
Optimization of Data processes (efficient queries and memory management practices) ;
Professional experience with Data Analysis or Data Engineering;
Strong knowledge of data engineering on the Microsoft Azure Cloud (e.g. Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Databricks);
Knowledge of different data infrastructures (e.g. RDBMS, noSQL, Data Lake, Streaming); Know-how in at least one reporting or dashboarding tool (e.B. PowerBI);
Experience with DevOps processes and working in agile project teams (SCRUM);
Be in Europe ( Portugal) is a plus, English is mandatory.
