Provide effective support and supervision of applications
Process the alarms reported in accordance with the current service contract
Participate in the definition and evolution of the technical supervision solution
Analyze, diagnose and track incidents until resolved
Adapt and propose areas for improvement on existing tasks, processes and tools
Train newcomers and users to get started with software
Users Management (Creation, Update, deletion)
SQL Replication events analysis
Follow and monitor Poseidon critical file Generation
Settings, Deals treatments, Data Extraction
English speaker is mandatory
SQL - PL / SQL (Sybase)- Experienced
Logical, methodological, focused on delivery and being able to prioritize workloads
High pressure / stress resistance
Proactive and autonomous
Curious (appetite on new topics to learn) and quick learning
Problem solving, with high analytical skills
Can work from 7am and until 6pm shifts, weekly rotation
