German-speaking Customer service by telephone and e-mail

Assistance with questions about settings and user accounts

Competent information for questions about payment and shipping

Support for individual customer enquiries

Complaint management

Your Profile

Written and spoken German skills on a high level

Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit

Basic understanding of the English language for internal company communication

EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal

Enthusiasm for a career abroad
