A Microsoft Advertising Partner Technical Advisor at Microsoft is an exciting & challenging role. You will provide online product platform and process support, guidance, training and mentorship to delivery partner managers and advocates related to supporting advertisers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels.
You will collaborate closely with other TA’s and partners across Microsoft sharing and building best practice, improving process’ and providing feedback.
will be seen as a SME for the advocate and TA teams regarding case reviews, process, troubleshooting and will interface with various levels of management across our delivery partners and Microsoft.

Hi, I’m Patrícia! I started working for Microsoft Advertising in 2012, first as a Delivery Partner in Germany, and, in 2017 I joined the Microsoft team in Lisbon as a Senior Technical Advisor.
Before starting to work in advertising, I was a Portuguese teacher, I worked in Lisbon and Florence before moving to Germany.
Working with my team is my favorite part of the job; we are all different people and personalities coming together to make our customer support the best it can be.
In my free time I travel (as much as I can!), I enjoy trying different vegan / vegetarian food, I am an animal rights activist and I am interested in literature, music and contemporary art.
I have 2 cats Mia and Óscar and I absolutely love them!
Hi, I’m Morganna. I was born in South Africa, but my ancestry is part Syrian-Lebanese and part European (mostly Southern, but also Western and Eastern) with a bit of British, Scottish, Welsh, Irish + the Nordics built in.
I live in Dublin, Ireland with my partner, Anton, and our 14-year-old daughter. After studying Fine Art, followed by Psychology at University and a brief stint working for a reseller and then a distributor, I joined Microsoft, as a technical support engineer, 25 years ago, in Johannesburg.
7 years later I moved to the UK for 2 years and then 16 years ago I moved to Ireland. During the past few years I’ve moved between Service Delivery Manager, and Program Manager roles within Customer Services and Support, working mostly with Commercial programs.
Three years ago I joined the Microsoft Advertising Support Team (MAST) as a Service Delivery Manager. Two years ago I took on the role of a Global Support Planner within the same team, which is the job I’m doing now.
Along my journey I’ve collected a few more diploma’s and degrees and I’m currently completing a Masters in Human Resource Management.
My passion is in the study of psychosomatic causes of illness and I hope to do my doctorate on attachment theory and the lack thereof influencing the manifestation of sickness, sometime in the future.
I love to hike and during my time off you can find me hiking in the Dublin hills or Wicklow mountains with family and friends.
