We are looking for a Sales Operations executive to join our Bolt Business Western Europe Sales Operations team. The executive will collaborate with the Regional Sales Operations manager in strategically implementing high impact projects, software tools, training and engagement techniques which drive both growth and efficiency along the sales funnel.
Ultimately, Sales Operations should continually improve the system in our selling at Bolt Business by enabling sales teams to focus more on selling.

Your daily adventures will include :
Sales Intelligence Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to drive integrity of both the CRM data (inputting data, setup, pipeline quality etc.
and Sales Process (optimisation, recordable information) through insightful analysis and advising the required change and improvements within the team.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement - working closely with Regional Sales manager to prioritize opportunities for improvement and drive projects around these opportunities.
Assisting sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Lead sourcing - help build a scalable lead sourcing process and reduce the amount of times sales people spend identifying potential prospects and companies.
Sales Tools Optimisation and management - Collaborate with Regional Sales manager in managing our sales tech stack (CRM, Phone Systems, Contract Management, etc).
Stakeholder Management - Efficient collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in order to manage change and roll-outs of your projects.
Ad hoc projects - Sales operations projects should take us where we have the highest impact on the sales organisation!
As a diverse and developing role, the responsibilities and projects will change overtime.
We are looking for :
You have 1+ years of Sales Operations experience or can prove to have successfully worked in driving impact around different areas of a sales process.
You have an understanding of B2B sales cycles , how to optimise these and report effectively.
You have kick ass project management skills , knowing how to put ideas into structured actions and implementing them accordingly.
You have the ability to take complex processes and data sets, and turn these into actionable insights and create positive change.
Experience working in a very quick moving well funded scale-up or start-up would be advantageous.
You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress like James Bond.
You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
