Client relations are at the cornerstone of Group s strategy, with the primary aim of developing long-term relationships and helping clients focus on their core activities.


To gather relevant information and generate summary statistics and analysis from different data sources to support business reporting.

The MIS Reporting Officer will assist in the design of reporting with intention of facilitating the program flow and processes for decision-

making, both to internal and onshore stakeholders. The MIS Reporting Officer will also assist senior management and senior teams based locally and / or onshore in delivering, maintaining and providing support throughout the reporting process.

The role will require an action scope application for different reporting activities, such as, and not limited to, OPC, Travel Management Services (TMS) and other fields.

Working in a fast-paced environment by maximizing the use of reports to automate standard processes and develop efficient and innovative solutions that offer a smart way forward, always operating with a sense of responsibility and compliance.

Generate, automate and produce operational reports, adhering to defined templates and ensuring compliance with the information security protocols, as required by stakeholders Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly performance status reports, ensuring consistency in data Ensure reports are completed accurately and on schedule Produce and maintain these reports in a variety of formats and reporting methodologies for stakeholders use, and if necessary, maintain logs and documentation of these in parallel Support with the development, implementation and update of procedures, process manuals and operational workflows Assist with the training of staff and provide back-

up when necessary Develop current and possible new areas for MIS reporting Keep up-to-date with new developments and changes in processes Deal with operational queries when necessary If required, attend internal meetings and trainings relevant to the role Other ad-

hoc projects development may be requested Monitoring / informing on corporate travel spends and trends Control corporate travel related invoices with external parties and internal financial department Monitor compliance to travel policies Identify local savings opportunities Provide information and / or reporting on CSR impact on corporate travel Provide information on corporate travel budget forecast to allow business lines to develop action plans, with associated average travels and costs Required level of education : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics or similar Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Access as requirement) Previous MIS experience is a plus English is required Well-
