What is your mission?

If you are computer-savvy and enjoy supporting users, we would like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions.

Attention to detail is a necessary skill in this position, as you should be able to address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues and help create technical documentation and manuals.

You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users, because you’ll be assisting, remotely and on-site, with the diagnose and troubleshooting of technical issues and helping your colleagues install and upgrade applications and programs.

You’ll be expected to test, evaluate and eventually aid in the roll-out of new technologies. You are a team player, properly escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Ultimately, you’ll be engaging with the end-user needs and being innovative on any challenge presented on a daily basis, becoming one of the faces responsible for the revolution in the payments sector!

What is your story?

  • You may have studied Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or something related to this field;
  • You are resourceful, independent and you have a problem-solving aptitude and initiative;
  • Throughout your experiences, you’ve gathered a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
  • You feel comfortable working with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
  • You have hands-on experience with Windows, and may have worked with Linux and Mac OS environments as well;
  • You are keen on getting to the root of a problem and testing alternative pathways until you resolve an issue, making you a great and enthusiastic team player;
  • Your English level is fluent;
  • You have helpdesk experience;
  • You are used to working in a scrum environment;
  • You have experience with Jira, Okta, Office, MDM solutions like intune and JAMF.
