The position reports to the Parkinson Disease Director and will focus on working together with the global brand manager on the definition of a digital plan to support the brand strategy.
The key overall responsibilities of the role are as follows :
Proposing, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to support the brand’s positioning and vision and customer segmentation.
Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing, including the BialParkinsons website, SEO / SMO strategies and display advertising.
Managing all the aspects of content generation and approval for digital initiatives.
Developing the right initiatives to maintain a dynamic BialParkinsons website and drive traffic to it.
Supporting the development of a closed-loop-marketing approach.
Making sure all digital initiatives consider a friendly-user design.
Leveraging the use of social media when appropriate.
Identifying trends in customer preference and technology that can have a meaningful impact on the return of digital initiatives.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Using analytical skills to support decision making.
Measuring and reporting performance on all digital initiatives.
Working close together with other relevant stakeholders, both internal (Global PD team, affiliates, partners, IT department, etc.
and external (agencies and other vendors).
The successful candidate’s credentials will closely match with the following parameters :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, 360 degrees.
Solid know-how of digital tools and how to optimize the communications.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Fluency in English (spoken and written);
Highly creative to engage with different audience by using different digital tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to increase the awareness.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry not mandatory.
