Your principal responsibilities :
Technical support of bicycle dealers in Portugal
Support in resolving problem cases, de-escalation, troubleshooting
On-site assessment for guarantees / warranties / gestures of goodwill
Organizing and conducting regional training
Determine sales opportunities in the market for the Bosch eBike System
Identify needs of the market (dealers, end-users) through specialized consulting
Implementation of marketing measures of Bosch System-equipped eBikes for the bicycle dealer, including :
Training and specialized advice to the dealers on site
Implementation of regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc.
Implementation of dealer partner concept (dealer loyalty program)
Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive situation (technology, country-specific, regulatory environment) and derivation of new product ideas and market opportunities
