We are currently seeking for a People Manager to join our Team in Porto, Portugal.

  • What you’ll be doing :

  • Recommend and establish HR policies and procedures;
  • Advise for legal issues (Labor Law),
  • Implement and develop People Operations Processes, such as : performance reviews / appraisals, career paths, internal promotions, salary raises;
  • Support and implement Corporate HR Policies and employment benefits;
  • Manage recruitment needs and lead the selection processes;
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process;
  • Coordinate the external payroll process;
  • Compile annual budget, including manpower headcount, salary, and departmental operating expenses;
  • What we are looking for :

  • University level in Human Resources, Legal, Business & Administration or People Management;
  • 5 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in an IT or consultancy environment
  • Relevant knowledge in employment law and best practices
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Supporting senior business leaders to manage performance effectively.
  • Setting priorities, planning work, and monitoring progress to drive new programs forward.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Portuguese and English. Spanish language a plus;
