To help achieve our goals and growth expectations, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly-motivated E-Commerce Analyst , whose main focus will be supporting our Revenue team by driving the digital business with relevant data, while partnering with multiple stakeholders from our Sales teams and our Product team to create and manage reporting and performance metrics.
Reporting directly to the Revenue Manager , you will be in a position of great strategic significance and high exposure, being responsible for analyzing data patterns, conversion funnel results, shopping performance trends and website troubleshooting, as well as proposing changes with the goal of reporting insights in a clear and actionable way and creating the web analytics dashboards and reports that will support the decisions which will lead to maximizing sales and conversion - the key metrics on which you performance will be measured.

What you’ll do :
Retrieve and analyze available data, prepare useful web analytics reports, and communicate suggestions for traffic acquisition strategies, website improvements, metrics and KPIs to look into.
Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly E-Commerce reports, dashboards, etc, that will support business decisions;
Analyze website traffic and consumer behavior to support business decisions and deliver both improved customer website experience and business growth;
Develop and implement additional methods and tools for collecting website user behavior information with relevance to the business;
Create, improve and monitor mechanisms and procedures to gather, analyze, and react to competition pricing, offers, and initiatives;
Identify trends and anomalies in the data, drawing conclusions and making actionable recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization;
Identify, promote, and drive changes in process and procedures needed to collect better data.
Who you are :
Up to 3 years of experience in an analytical role in E-Commerce;
Full proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel;
Prior experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI, DataStudio) and other Web Analytics tools (besides Google Analytics) is a strong plus;
Very strong understanding of digital metrics and attribution models;
Good understanding of Google Tag Manager;
Familiar with UX and UI best practices;
Highly analytical and systematic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to maintain focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Self and data-driven, showing ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data;
Proactive approach, can-do attitude and data-driven mindset;
Fluent in English.
