You come with : Minimum High School DiplomaAdvanced English and French language written and spoken (C1 level)Minimum 1-year experience performing quality tasks, preferably in a BPO environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding customer service skills, proactivity, and dedication to providing exceptional serviceAvailability to work 24 / 7 shiftsResidence in Lisbon areaYour Day in Conectys : You will provide quality verification activity in accordance with the companyYou will provide a quality verification process and project requirementsYou will provide quality inconsistencies identification, and implementation of measures for remedial and improvement whenever necessaryYou will provide creation and development of quality reports, analyses, and implements improvement opportunities as requested and agreed with management, within the deadlines agreedYou will escalate to the higher management of any inconsistencies found at a quality level and suggestion of improvement approachesYou will provide quality feedback and coaching sessions with required follow up actionsYou will provide development and implementation of quality-related training on topics meant to assure adherence to process and product knowledge and assure improvementWe have for you : Content moderation and soft skills initial and continuous training;

Product-specific training on tools, processes, and procedures used by the project;Career growth across different departments;

Lisbon City Center Roma Areeiro;Private health insurance as of the 7th-month contract;2 weeks training from the office / Lisbon;Meal allowance paid by card.
