About the job

  • Over the last 5 years, Finance & Strategy teams have embarked on a worldwide program to migrate many entities of the Group onto One Finance System (OFS), which is a key asset of the Group to support the production of Financial Accounting & Reporting, Credit Risk and Liquidity Reporting, Performance Management analyses and Finance Local Regulatory Reporting
  • The OFS Migration program is currently underway in EMEA, Switzerland, APAC, the UK and the US, and new programs have been approved lately (Factoring, FLOA, BGL etc).
  • In the continuity of FSO strategy to settle teams in Portugal, we want te crate a job of transversal Program Manager in Lisbon, to coordinate some specific actions across the regions

    Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the success of the OFS Programs, in particular OFS APAC by leveraging the network of knowledge and competencies in Lisbon, on several aspects (P&L Rec optmisation, Performance Management improvement,)
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders both in finance and the business on the progress made on the above streams
  • Contribute to lead the organisation change to implement the OFS operating model within Finance and operation
  • Profile and Skills to sucess

  • Master in economic, finance or accounting
  • 7 years experience in banking and financial operations
  • 7 years experience in financial analysis and advisory
  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

  • Organisational skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Expert in SAP business objects
