As a Customer Advisor, you will :
Confer with customers by email, social media, or phone to provide information about products, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Managing customers' expectations regarding the products and shipping deadlines.
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files.
Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
