We are seeking Business Analysts to join our Intelligent Enterprise production Center of CGI Global Delivery Center Iberia.
You will part of a delivery team and participate in a long-term program for a Service Now implementation and rollouts for several countries.
In addition, you will receive knowledge in Service Now during initial onboarding and be part of Business Analyst team working with different users in France, Brazil, Portugal, Spain and Poland.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Support implementation of business requirements from initial proposal to final delivery
Develop a thorough understanding of clients requirements
Apply industry best practices and thorough knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution supporting the business process
Build a trusting relationship with the stakeholders and guide them to adopt the best solution
Take ownership for the quality of the solution delivered and ensure it is tested thoroughly
Demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders
Prepare training materials and conduct user training as required
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
Essential Qualifications (mandatory)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Client presentation development; executive presence
At least two years of Business Analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)
At least two years of professional experience supporting the configuration and development of IT solutions
Supervisory experience working with a diverse internal and client teams

Ability to produce documentation utilizing the MS Office Suite
Practical knowledge of one or more of the following ServiceNow modules (not mandatory) :
oApp Engine
Experience in test plan creation and execution, including automated test scripts
ITIL Foundations Certification
Experience implementing systems using the Agile / Scrum methodology
Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
