This must be done in response to the continuously evolving economic, business, workforce, and technology requirements. And seamless execution of this strategy requires strong people, domain-specific and technical leadership.

As Digital People Experience Agile Team Leader, your key objective is to deliver innovative digital solutions and support our solutions for employees, people leaders, business leaders and users in the people organization in an agile value model.

The challenge for the next years is to implement a new harmonized HCM suite offering industry standard HR processes in a way that makes Nokia the most competitive employer in the communication industry

In this role, you will be part of Digital People Experience leadership team, digital counterparts from the People and Digital Office organization and stakeholders from the business groups

You will work closely with

  • Your peers, the digital people experience PMO, the head of people data privacy and cyber security and peer team leaders.
  • With all our internal customers (Business Groups, Central Functions, CPO teams, Business Leaders, etc.) to represent the Voice of the Customer in the roadmap execution and
  • With the DPE Digital strategy and business partner.
  • What are your responsibilities? :

  • Take care of the team’s personal development in the context of the agile mindset
  • Assigning the people based on skill and priority to HCM digitalization projects, to support and to virtual teams renewing our HCM systems
  • As leader you must Go & See and help to remove impediments, serve as teachers / coaches (stop command & control). The delivery capability of your team members is your daily worry, offering them an environment where execution can be the everyday focus, where organizational, process and system problems are identified and resolved under your drive.
  • Introduce good solutions for end-user not for the internal people organization per se , in projects, support, maintenance
  • Enhance the platform technology in the CPO domain, the people analytics platform, the robotics / automation and build a people analytics, AI / ML community of practice and related processes.
  • Roll-out digitalization through the whole of the people organization.

  • Ensure service continuity for HCM / HR IS systems in production
  • Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, engineering, or marketing & communication in a large, global organization
  • Cross-functional and multicultural leadership experience, build effective teams
  • Capability to manage sizable / scalable business development programs
  • Understand the complexity of HCM or HR IS ecosystems or ability to acquire these very quickly based on similar background in ERP systems.
  • Experience with a broad set of HR processes is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of and active network in the market
  • Business intelligence skills to understand and analyze the HCM / HR IS strategic roadmap into projects working closely with all stakeholders and execute the roadmap through projects.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Lean and / or agile and / or design thinking experience is a must
  • Ability to demonstrate creation and / or use of a structured methodology for change management and change measurement
  • Strong can-do-attitude
