Created in 2016, Get The Job recruits and selects the best talent for the best and most interesting organizations.Through its Specialized Recruitment team it recruits directly to an international organization with a consolidated presence in Portugal.

Nowadays, those who do not have a social network, at least one, is considered almost an E.T of the society. In these networks, how you can share positive and enriching subjects for the whole community, very quickly we also find content less pleasant.

Other tasks inherent in these networks are necessary, and this is where you come in! Our client needs someone who provides support to companies that invest in the social network ads.

As a technical support for the platform, you will handle problems with payment, suggestion of the most suitable ad, withdrawal of ads or other issues inherent to this subject.

On the other hand, as in all customer support lines, they will have to know how to deal with complaints that, most of the time, arise from withdrawal of ads for violating the network policies.

For this project you need to have a native level of Spanish and a minimum of B of English, and, of course, to feel comfortable talking with the clients questions.

The schedule will be Monday to Sunday rotative, between 7 a.m to 9 p.m 8 hours per day with 2 rotating days-off in Entrecampos.
