  • Manage to handle large volume of calls, emails and queries;Identify customers needs, anticipate recommending products and offering alternatives;
  • Provide feedback, create reports and recap information;Advice on company information and details.

    Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Italian;Experience in customer support;Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management;
  • Strong in phone calls, email writing;Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.
