We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join the Sitel team.

The Facilities Department is responsible for making sure that our buildings and their services meet the needs of our people.

Facilities are accountable for coordinating services such as reception, maintenance, post, cleaning, and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.

The IT Department is responsible for software / hardware support management onsite. IT support engineers are accountable for coordinating services such as IT ticketing app support, operations support on communication and IT performance, users accessibility management (new hires and internal movements), and hardware mapping and control.

Our expectations about you,

Being part of, Facilities and IT departments, you will own the connection with both departments in order to guarantee the hardware mapping and control onsite.

  • Compile and update hardware tracking tool
  • Ensure procedures to make sure that all the information is accurate
  • Support of both departments in basic tasks when needed as a shared resource
  • What you need to have,

  • Native or Proficient Portuguese
  • Advanced level of English
  • Hands-on technology aptitude (Tecky)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Profile match with our assessment center
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Eligible for an IEFP Internship (1 position for level 3) (mandatory)
  • Nice to have,

  • Previous experience in facilities IT support
  • Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry
  • Proficiency in other major European languages
