We are recruiting a Chef de Cuisine for Lisbon for a new project : Responsibility :

  • Elaboration of the menu;
  • Creation of dishes and elaboration of technical sheets;
  • Inventory management (place orders, purchases and product outputs);
  • Coordination of the kitchen team;
  • Verification of the quality of execution and presentation of the dishes;
  • Supervision of good hygiene, safety and personal presentation practices, among others.We offer : - Remuneration to be defined taking into account experience;
  • Excellent working conditions.
  • 2 years of previous experience in the role;
  • Knowledge and experience of Japanese, Korean and Hawaiian cuisine
  • Fluency in English (preferred)
  • Taste for serving the public;
  • I like teamwork;
  • Dynamism and pro-activity;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Hourly availability;
  • Ability to work under stress;
