We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to guide and influence the whole organisation, from teams to senior management, across departments and areas in agile practices.
Within this team you will be responsible for driving improved agility, throughput, predictability and quality across our technology team.
You will be reporting into our Lead Agile Coach, a role within the engineering vertical of our FTech area.
What you'll do
Teach, mentor and coach, especially about Agile, enabling people and teams growth;
Be a facilitator within teams and other groups inside the organization;
Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement;
Help teams detect issues, identify bottlenecks and waste, and find solutions;
Work on visualisation strategies, creating an environment of collective awareness.
Who you are
An experienced Agile Coach of a large organization for at least 4 years;
Someone that lives and breathes the Agile and Lean principles and values;
An enthusiastic team player with remarkable communication and conflict resolution skills;
Highly proficient in English (both written and spoken);
A certified Scrum Master (optional but recommended).
