Implement Digital Shelf excellence to improve omnichannel product experience, support sales growth, minimize return rates and maximize conversion rates
Manage x-functional projects with Category Management, Product Data Management, IT, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Information Management and E-Commerce Domain Function to ensure Global & Regional Digital Shelf initiatives are supporting the sales plan and maximize share of wallet
Monitor and react on change of requirements of marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, eBay) and E-Commerce vertical players to ensure continuous competitiveness and compliance of Digital Shelf
Create and source E-Commerce channel-specific content and product information to drive traffic & increase conversion rates across all regions
Ensure continuous publication of E-Commerce relevant content into all required channels to ensure information authority
Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing or similar
5 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrated tangible business results within tier 1 automotive supplier or consultancy
Experience with Digital Shelf solutions and processes, PIM and DAM systems, involving complex IT architecture. Product content creation and optimization, SEO and graphic design for automotive E-Commerce channels
Strong time management skills to support multiple projects simultaneously under high time pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with international cross-functional teams
