We are looking for our future QC Coordinator for our laboratory in Lisbon in Portugal. You will manage the projects allocated to the QC department, and contribute to the success of the product supply team.
In this role you will also manage a team. You will be responsible for the following tasks :
Manage the QC sampling group according to the plans and needs, namely : starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, finished products, stability batches and water samples
Assure the compliance of the Stability Studies, by managing their initiation, sampling, data compilation and monitoring conditions
To create / review specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality Control procedures
Assure the proper communication between QC and internal clients : represent QC on Production and Product Supply meetings, assuring the alignment between client needs and QC capacity
Manage the projects allocated to QC department : project management responsibility in order to assure the alignment between all evolved parts and the coordination with the QC activities
In order to carry out the tasks entrusted to you, we are looking for a leadership candidate with the following profile
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharma industry or similar industry in GMP environment (i.e. food, medical devices)
Experience in FDA approved site (preferencial)
Knowledge in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)
Experience in IT systems such as Sage X3, LIMs, SAP
Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbally)
Project management experience (preferencial)
Change management leadership skills
