Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules / procedures
  • Follow up on material / services delivery on time
  • Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
  • Prioritize urgent requests
  • Maintain close relationship with our customers
  • Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives
  • Education and Experience

  • University Degree
  • Experience in similar activities in dealing with customers / volumes
  • Skills

  • Fluent in French and Portuguese
  • Good fluency in English
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure when urgent issues arise
  • Practical person with troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent team player
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and adaptability
