The stack we manage is very diverse ranging from telco voice, internet access and messaging capabilities to web services.
Have a good understanding of Truphone’s product and service portfolio;
Help convert customers’ contractual scope into a delivery plan;
Liaise with engineering teams to deliver on the product requirements;
Design and develop agreed solutions and requirements;
Communicate deliverables status proactively;
Present solutions in written or oral reports;
Train support teams in service troubleshooting;
Identify service improvements areas and develop a plan to address them;
Assist in complex service issues;
Participate in lessons learned for onboarding;
Upskill with new product launches and features;
Helps to design and develops agreed solutions and requirements;
Monitor and optimize the performance of production services;
Promote continuous improvement and automation;
Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches;
Document and provide technical guidelines and best practices to Operations and Development teams;
Application Support of the designed solutions;
Perform the design, development and testing activities related to integration solutions;
Accountable for the outcomes of his work, and for the effectively working end-to-end flows.
Demonstrated track record in improving operational performance and managing customer satisfaction;
Experience in Telecom IT or Engineering;
Working knowledge of customer service and products;
Preferable experience with Node.js, Java, or Golang;
Experience with relational databases;
Proficient with REST APIs, both in implementing the interfaces and consuming;
Familiar with CI / CD flows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes;
Knowledgeable of high standards and patterns for software implementation;
Proven analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Ability to work in complex environments (multi-cultural / multi-country / geographically distributed teams);
A natural sense of urgency;
Good understanding of cloud services and scalable infra-structures;
Ability to work autonomously but reach out immediately if blocked;
Positive and solution-oriented mindset;
Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills;
Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
