Mission : As a German Customer Support, you will :
Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
Profile : We are looking for :
Native or Proficient German (C2)
Fluency in English (B2)
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
