The Role :
We are looking for a person to be responsible for creating digital training content and materials for the Farfetch Platform Services team - our B2B offering.
The scope of this role will cover digital training materials for all the tools we have built to help partners use and transact on the Farfetch platform.
You will be responsible for devising, designing and delivering all the training materials to support our Farfetch Platform Services partners.
You will work with the existing Instructional Design team based in Porto.
What you'll do :
Receive briefs from the product team on the digital materials that need to be created
Work with SMEs to extract the key information that needs to be acquired by learners
Design and develop high-quality digital training materials (video and audio, digital reference materials, e-learning modules, games, simulations, infographics etc.
to bring our platform tools to lifeEnsure all digital resources are delivered to schedule, meet the brief and are error / bug free
Collaborate across multiple internal teams to understand and integrate all stakeholder needs
Bring innovation and creativity to lead the way on best practice designBe mindful of an international audience and the need to repurpose materials at scale Ensure all materials are in line with the Farfetch brand, positioning and values
Who you are :
Passionate about using digital media to deliver training, fashion and the Farfetch mission;
A creative soul who can visualise how training material can be brought to life through digital approaches and execute against that vision;
A professional with demonstrable experience in designing, developing and delivering high-quality digital training materials;
Experienced at running projects autonomously, managing busy stakeholder schedules to deliver on time;
Experience in using authoring tools such as : Articulate 360 or Captivate;
Comfortable working with graphics software such as Photoshop or Illustrator and able to edit audio and video;
Excellent spoken and written communicator with good interpersonal skills;
Fluent in English;
Willing to go the extra mile’ to deliver projects;
Able to multi-task in time-sensitive situations;
Experienced working with an international company with multiple stakeholders.
