As a Recruitment Strategist, you will have a passion for people combined with a strong planning skillset and fast paced delivery.
You will interact with everyone in the company and, as part of the Operations team, you will also work close to the development teams.
We are counting on your experience mainly in connecting the different recruitment teams in different localizations. We are in constant growth and you will help to create strategies and drive new projects and strategically balance and prioritize the recruitment team’s time in order to meet the constantly evolving business needs.
You will play a leading role in the designing and implementation of business-wide recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, reporting data to help drive changes.
The Recruitment Strategist also advises the adoption of suitable recruiting metrics that ultimately lead to the successful integration of new tools or actions.
We count on you to develop innovative sourcing strategies together with the recruitment teams.
As a Recruitment Strategist, you will also be in touch with the sales and commercial team. It will be your responsibility to take that information to build strategic actions for the different Mindera locations.

You will be contributing to the decision-making process, by also creating and analyzing relevant data, that will ensure business sustainability, development, and the pursuit of the team and organization’s purpose.
