Working on our facilities in Lisbon, the IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for ensuring all the contact center activity, providing remote and direct technical support to internal clients and also assisting on the implementation of new projects.

  • 1st point of contact for IT Helpdesk related issues, through phone support and ticketing management;
  • Focus on First Contact Resolution;
  • Team dedicated to less complex issues, such as : - User management;- Installation of basic software;- Password change process.
  • Basic troubleshooting of mobile tools and applications- Development of IT procedures for new issues. Your Profile
  • High Scholl degree;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Technical background in the IT field;
  • Previous experience in IT Helpdesk or in Contact Center as a CSR;
  • Understanding of hardware and software installation and configuration;
  • Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems;
  • Achievement oriented and Analytical ability;
  • Customer oriented and Interpersonnal skills;
  • Problem solving;
  • Availability to work between 07 : 00h 22 : 00h. Our Offer
