PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING :

To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master / engineering degree

Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.

As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment.

The role of a VIE PC&L is to organize the logistics, coordinate and improve the data processing related to the projects and to respect the pre-established budgets.

Get experience in PC&L exisiting process : Production Planning, Master Scheduling, PIC / PDP process in the Plant

Develop the Logistics hypothesis (material flow diagram and preliminary data processing)

Acquire knowledge on new DT Tools : MIP, NEO, Preactor

Work with support of Division and BG people to implement those tools in S3 different Plants around Europe

Support the S3 Plants in the implementation of DT tools according to planning

Estimate saving and benefits of those Tools

Master's Degree in Engineering

Good computer skills overall - Proficient Excel skills

International mindset

Communication and leadership skills
