Our client has more than 2500 stores across the world, they are the leading global athletic footwear and apparel retailer.
As a member of the customer service, you will be responsible for handling the various customer inquiries, as well as for the delivery of the Sportswear, give tips to the customer's satisfaction, assisting them with their purchases and configuring their account.
Your main missions will be :
Providing a reassuring, warm and customer-friendly service;
Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability;
Seize the opportunity to "shine" with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer, with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by our customer an expert and a brand advocate
Fluent in German
Working proficiency in English (C1-level)
