The CIB Transformation team contributes to different projects to achieve strategic objectives for top management and transform CIB in the long term.
Working within the CIB Transformation team you be part of the SmartSourcing Practise who deal with the delivery of Smartsourcing projects (outsourcing and shoring) in accordance with the required policies, frameworks and methodology as provided by Group and CIB management.
Within the SmartSourcing Practise, the Project Management Officer (PMO or Junior PMO) sits in the Core Services team, whose objectives are to ensure that methodology / tools are maintained, that training is delivered, risk topics are co-ordinated and management reporting is produced.
This role is an exciting opportunity to learn about Third Party Risk Management topics within the context of a tier-1 financial institution and could lead to further opportunities within CIB Consulting & Transformation as a transformation associate or project leader.
Your Main Activities Are
Manage SSP data source and repository for outsourcing initiatives Maintain and communicate the standard repository methodology (including templates) Provide technical support to the repository users and Smartsourcing team leaders Manage and continuously improve the framework and tools to collect, centralise and report on outsourcing initiatives to key internal stakeholders Ensure relevant data are collected, engaging with main stakeholders whenever necessary Maintain and develop further technical and functional controls to ensure highest level of data consistency and quality Create new entries and project sites for onboarding of new initiatives Prepare and issue regular reports to stakeholders when and where required Maintain associated standard operating procedures (SOP's) up to date
Financial Business case Maintain and communicate the standard business case methodology (including template) Provide support and advisory to the business case users Ensure business cases validation and consistency with BNPP financial principles Run periodical updates to data principles, implementing necessary updates whenever necessary Incorporate validated business cases in dedicated BI tool Prepare and issue regular reports to stakeholders when and where required Maintain associated standard operating procedures (SOP's) up to date
NEPTO application Maintain the application to consolidate and display financial and non-financial associated to outsourcing initiatives Ensure relevant data (financial and non-financial) are collected and incorporated in the application Identify improvement opportunities and request technical support whenever necessary Prepare and issue regular reports to stakeholders when and where required Maintain associated standard operating procedures (SOP's) up to date
SharePoint access management review and organization Maintain an updated mapping of all folders and respective access groups, permissions and users Run periodical technical controls to ensure team's repository for activity related documents is up to date the right levels of acceses have been granted Maintain associated standard operating procedures (SOP's) up to date
Training and organizational support Work on the SSP transversal documentation (templates, user guides, training materials, etc.
Provide basic training sessions to new comers and external project managers
Other Projects and Core services support Take on additional projects as directed by the team manager Be familiar with additional objectives and services provided by the team and be able to act as back-up / share or be flexible to switch responsibilities with other team members as needed
Profile and Skills to Success
BSc degree related with Business or Engineering
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Project management / consulting required
Fluent in English
Fluent in French is a plus
Previous experience in an investment banking and / or strategy consulting will be appreciated
Good communication, organizational and analytical skills
Mastery of project management methodologies and tools
Strong attention to detail : needs to be the go-to person for project progress, task status, budget (forecasts / actuals), milestones, resources plans and schedules
Client service mind-set : able to understand clients thoughts and feelings and to put internal client / project needs in front of everything else
Energetic, proactive, determined, drives change, positive, goal focused and consistent
