RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in all activities within the sales cycle, ranging from initial contact to contract negotiations and closing

  • Acquire new customers and support self-acquired customers
  • Participate in industry events
  • Support customers after the contract is signed
  • Expand the existing business relationships
  • Identify and understand customer requirements during the PreSales stage
  • Prepare proposals based on the company portfolio
  • Continuously monitor market and competition trends
  • Cooperate with the Marketing department
  • Develop and maintain the network of partners
  • Moderate customer events and web events
  • Actively participate in the development of the sales plan
  • Create and maintain leads in our corporate CRM system
  • Process proposals and tenders in cooperation with the PreSales team
  • Monitor deadlines
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree. (A degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science will be an advantage)
  • At least three years of sales experience in SAP
  • Pre-sales and consulting experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SAP-related IT service portfolio throughout the lifecycle
  • Understanding of technical and economic relationships and a feel for trends and influences
  • Strong personal networks in the market are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and strong negotiating skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level) and English, both written and spoken
  • Travel readiness
