Ferring is opening an ITCenterof Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon, Portugal, to build and operate a new global ERP platform and we are looking to attract qualified and motivated candidates.

To enable Ferring to keep up with new demands, changes and business needs, we are now recruiting a professional team that will implement the new ERP in countries throughout the world as well as its central and support functions.

The ERP program is expected to run for at least four years and the scope of the new team’s work will include global implementation, as well as on-going operation and maintenance.

In addition, the ITCoEin Lisbon will be an integral part of Ferring’s Global IT Function.

Your new role

As Senior SAP S / 4HANA Sales & Distribution / CustomerServiceArchitect, you will be responsible todrivethetranslation offunctional business requirements into technical solutions based on best practices, as well asdriving Core Template alignment and governance.

manage the Change Requests for localizations;and support creation of Cutover plan and execution in areas.Additionally, it is part of your responsibilitytosupport technical cutover (go live preparation and transition management) where required, and,finally, participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Pre and Post PI Planning, System and Solution Demos, and Inspect and Adapt(I&A) events.

It is also expected that you can fulfil the role of the Application Analyst in certain areas (no pure application lead role).

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for atalentedprofessional with five to seven years of experience inSAP Sales & Distribution, intheLifeSciencesindustry.

Youwillneed to be familiar with Agile Delivery principles and frameworks,and you must be able to assist / drive solution and process design discussions.

This requires a clearunderstanding of business processes intheapplication area, including integration points with other areas.

Strongcommunication skills are essentialfor success in this role,along withthe ability to express complex technicalconcepts into easily understoodterms.

Additionally,business acumen and collaboration skillsare required,as well asbeing able tooperatein a dynamic environment.
