About the job

  • The Business Change Manager (BCM) is responsible for analyzing and testing developments required in the custody system tools.
  • Its main objective is to make the interface between the requestors on custody activities (operational teams, transversal products teams, BCM and IT teams from other applications, external providers) and the IT team.

    The role of the BCM is scalable according the topic, from analyst on BAU change requests to project management on transversal requests

    Your Main Activities Are

  • Collect and analyze the Change Request while challenging the sponsor and identifying the changes to be made through workshops and elaboration of the business need document
  • Share the business needs with the Business Analyst IT team and validate the proposed solution before disclosing it to the operational teams
  • Validate the functional test coverage proposed by the Business Analyst IT team and define the user test strategy to validate the business process as a whole
  • Perform user acceptance tests and ensure the good execution and quality of the testing, namely review of the results, ensure identification of anomalies and their correction
  • Provide a clear and reliable picture to the management in terms of evolution and status of the change requests under own responsibility by sharing the blocking points and risks identified as well as alert in need for escalation
  • Be a source of proposals in terms of improvement of organization and procedure
  • Respect the delays established in the planning
  • Share the acquired knowledge with the team in order to improve the overall quality of the team
  • Coordinate with the operational teams for the validation of the final solution and training of the new functionalities
  • Profile and Skills to Success

  • English fluency, both oral and written
  • Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Business Management
  • Experience in Banking and Financial Operations ( 0 - 2 years)
  • Ability to deliver / Results driven
  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
  • Ability to share / pass on knowledge
  • Ability to manage a project Beginner
