As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a new talented member to join our marketing team and take responsibilities such as :
Set, plan and implement social media campaigns and strategies.
Spur and interact with both of our audiences : tech professionals and tech recruiters, online and offline.
Establish partnerships to help boost our brand’s presence and exposure.
Produce and overview the production of engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
Respond in a timely manner to interactions online.
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
Build relationships with platform users, companies and partners.
Other than these, you’ll be part of our marketing team so in anything that we’ll be working on, your input and collaboration will be super valued.
Some experience in managing social media platforms and / or organizing events.
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
A considerable dose of tech-geekiness.
Being proactive, not reactive (get things done before you’re asked to and, more importantly, find things we didn’t even dream about asking).
Team player (no assholes - if one of us fails, everyone fails).
Great communication skills - verbal and written English.
Nice to have :
Photo and video recording / editing interest and experience.
Curious about tech, recruitment and the startup world.
Any other languages besides English are a great addition.
