What we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in actual and unexplored markets.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales, and will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for prospecting, cold calling and planning meetings with potential B2B clients keeping a strong pipeline of SMEs and Corporate leads
  • You will spend +70% of your time doing outbound calls (up to 40+ cold calls per day)
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their workforce needs
  • Account manage your biggest clients, develop and grow these accounts
  • Manage and coordinate your own time and schedule to comply with the company's ambitious weekly and monthly objectives defined.
  • Daily report with the tasks executed (calls and meetings) via CRM
  • You will work closely with other departments, like marketing and operations, to be sure they are aligned to deliver the highest level of service to our B2B clients.

  • What you’ll need experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out and generating sales
  • Organised, process-driven and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Native in the local language and fluent in English
  • You’ll Get Extra Credits for

  • Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing campaigns
  • Experience of religiously using a CRM (Pipedrive would be advantageous)
  • Knowledgeable in sales techniques in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the startup sector, food tech and logistics / delivery
