ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Bank is running a long established lean transformation program. The core objectives of the programme are :

  • Improve our external / internal customer service and
  • Improve working conditions to form a more flexible and more competitive group with improved morale
  • Provide a step-change in operational performance
  • Develop and deploy best practice managerial skills
  • Provide a transformational experience for those on the programme
  • Leave in place a continuous improvement culture
  • BNP Securities Services in Lisbon recruits an AI / Digital Expert in order to contribute to the digital transformation of Securities Services Operations thanks to the identification of processes leveraging new technology capabilities (RPA, Natural Language, Virtual Agent and others)

    Supporting the automation opportunities discovery process by :

  • Assist the Business Line by : Being a change agent and drive opportunities to embark people on a new digital way of working Supporting and collecting automation opportunities with the help of different AI stakeholders (management, process owner, business ) Build the appropriate business cases and Validate the prioritization with the business
  • On initiatives discovered : Ensuring the global methodology framework is being used Deliver and manage the opportunities pre-define phase as part of the prioritization process Facilitating close cooperation between players
  • Assist business Sponsor in the opportunity discovery
  • Assist process review and opportunity qualification
  • Being a change agent and drive opportunities to embark people on a new digital way of working
  • Liaise with other digital and AI teams in Portugal to provide a single discovery process among all
  • PROFILE

  • At least 3 years’ experience in implementation projects leading with Artificial Intelligence and Automation (mandatory)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in building AI and Automation specifications (preferable)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in running continuous improvement projects (preferable)
  • Ability to understand project actors (scriptors, IT legacy & Business)
  • Client Delivery business knowledge
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
