Position

Learnlight is an EdTech company that uses award-winning technology to deliver language and skills corporate training online and on the ground, to learners in more than 150 countries.

Learnlight is seeking a Marketing Manager with strong people management skills, who will work across multiple stakeholder groups in the company, reporting to The Head of Marketing

They will manage and lead the global campaigns for the year, working closely with Product, Learning and HR departments while considering input from the Sales Teams.

The Marketing Manager will drive global campaigns, oversee the day-to-day activities with our digital and media agencies to ensure that the department provides an efficient and relevant marketing program that delivers results.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and execute the global campaign calendar, working closely with a copywriter, designer to create a competitive pipeline of content in line with market needs.

Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure the tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary.

Mature the marketing capability into a more sophisticated engine overall. Delivering on leads generation, brand ambitions and customer journey optimisation.

Structure marketing funnel strategies and vast experience driving sessions, impressions, generating MQLs and moving them through the funnel

Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups including Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, amongst others.

Planning and implementing marketing strategies for regional and global markets

Management of marketing plans and budgets to achieve goals and objectives

Reporting and analysis into c-suite stakeholders

Create and oversee effective EDM campaigns

Competencies

Strong people management skills and must be comfortable managing a team in a remote environment.

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

Excellent creative, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization internally and externally.

Exhibit confident and professional presentation skills; excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, analytical and management skills.

Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and encourage collaboration across functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, client services and editorial.

Skills

C2 level of English required

Other languages are a bonus

Microsoft Office 365 required

Microsoft Dynamics or an equivalent

Hubspot, Pardot or Marketo

Education & Experience

2-3 or more years of experience with campaign management and result driven marketing plans

Experience developing and driving rigorous and disciplined online and offline marketing campaigns

Experience motivating and challenging teams and individuals at all levels of an organization, both directly and cross-functionally

Need to be from a B2B SaaS environment, if you have experience of working at an EdTech, that’s great but not essential.

Strong experience in driving lead generation marketing programs, and competent in journey optimization and brand management.

Experience in product marketing will be highly beneficial e.g., creation of collateral, video, etc. to support product sales.

    Location : Office or Home-based (or a mix)

    Travel : Ability to travel twice a year, typically within Europe

    Contract : Full-time

    Schedule : + / -2-3 hours of European time zones
