Position Description :

There are 2 main aspects on this role. The first one would be on helping on the preparation of a regular Credit Committee deck, helping on the organisation of the meetings & the follow up of action points.

The second aspect would be on putting in place Service Level Agreements between London & some internal service providers.

The work here would include analysing which areas need this formal agreement, discuss with the different stakeholders to ensure what is need for those SLA to be put in place and follow up its implementation

Your future duties and responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil the role of a project manager assistant as follows :

  • Helping on the preparation of the Credit Channel committee deck & other meetings;
  • Study of areas that need a formal SLA, analyse what would be needed to put that SLA in place, and follow up the action points;
  • Helping on the documentation of daily processes.
  • Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

    Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required :

  • Experience with project management would be a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative and flexible approach to problem solving;
  • Good understanding and experience of working with large and complex IT systems;
  • Knowledge of Credit risk and general knowledge about Finance is a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills required.
