As an Account Manager, you are the primary customer facing role responsible for customer success through sales conversion on Indie Campers platform and acquiring new partners in a new segment, the P2P Marketplace .

The priority for this role is to increase the company’s revenue through different sales channels and products . You are front and center with our customers supporting their digital journey and helping them to achieve more.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Account Manager to empower B2B sales on Indie Campers direct customers and P2P marketplace.

As an Account Manager you will boost sales in every platform with a driven mentality for conversion associated with high responsibility on acquisition and customer satisfaction.

What you ll do :

  • Acquisition of new partners / owners in the P2P marketplace;
  • Negotiate entry conditions with new partners / owners in Indie Campers platform;
  • Support, track results and performance of new partners / owners with the goal to exponentiate sales;
  • Analyze performance data and be responsible for the retention of each new partner;
  • Support customers through the sales process, clarifying with excellence all inquiries / doubts that the customer might have;
  • Enforce a follow-up strategy for every lead in order to empower sales and conversion.
  • Who you are :

  • Experience in Sales position.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Driven to achieve results in a competitive market.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Leadership : this role requires strong communication skills, impressive sales mentality and remarkable organization skills in order to achieve your goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication.
  • Personality Goal oriented and problem solving attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
