ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Theselected candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties intheir day to day :
Quarterlycapital run exercises
oPerformfirst level analysis of source data received from RISK, Finance, GC2R and OPCto be provided to capital managers, to ensure the accuracy of capital numbers
oPerformrequired adjustments / corrections where possible
oProductionof overall GM capital explain per type of risk and first level analysis
oMaintainthe overall database to log all capital adjustments performed by the team forall types of risks
oProductionof inputs required for capital allocation computation and consolidate allresults for each type of risk
oPerformfirst level of control of the allocation results accuracy for all types ofrisks, at all levels (GBL, Region, Desks, Portfolios) liaising with capitalmanagers
oPerformmanual adjustments that may be required, to adjust wrong inputs from theupstream allocation systems or implement significant methodology or hierarchyupdates
Monitoringof regulatory changes likely to impact Global Markets
oBuildand produce regular reports of the impacts of future regulations
oProvidefirst level analysis to support team members on regulatory projects : Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) and the future Standard Approachfor Counterparty Credit Risk (SA-CCR)
oProvidesupport on improving template of training documents on future regulations
oProvidesupport to the onshore team on more specific requests
oProvidesupport to improve the overall accuracy of all resources (capital andbalance-sheet constraints) and their optimization
oBuildand fill a database in order to log daily issues impacting balance sheet andleverage exposure figures
