  • Define the standards and become a pioneer together with around 9000 associates worldwide. Job Description *Your contribution to something big : * * Receive phone & written customer requests and complaints regarding Europe’s biggest customer loyalty and frequent flyer program, review and answer them, high quality phone feedback to premium clients;
  • Processing of enquiries to the topics of frequent flyer status and missing mileage credits as well as clarification of complex topics regarding applying these points;
  • Research work in different applications and document your working results elaboratively. Qualifications *What distinguishes you : German Language (C1 level) Mandatory;
  • English (at least B1 level, written communication);* Flexible to work in Part-Time (25h / Week) and shifts (weekends and evening shifts - until 9pm)* Optional : Italian / French / Spanish (C1 level);
  • Good communicative competencies, commitment and solutions oriented;* Professional and friendly appearance, like working independent and customer oriented.
  • Team-oriented and goal-oriented. Dealing with SLA, KPIs & monitoring should be known and the goal should be achieved;* Experienced in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving request by Phone and have interest in the travel industry (interest in modern widgets, e.
