The Operations Performance Analyst will prepare, consolidate, review, and analyse all data related with Indie Campers operational activities with the ultimate purposes of monitoring and improving performance.

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you will not only be responsible for the preparation of data analysis reports, but also for highlighting deviations, identifying efficiency improvement opportunities, and suggest action plans.

Your critical thinking, data analysis skills and attention to detail will provide the Operations team with reliable and complete data that will be used to improve quality, efficiency and customer-service standards.

What you ll do :

Support the Operations team achieving its performance goals through the preparation of high quality data and reports;

Ensure costs and expenses are properly reviewed and classified, in due time;

Closely monitor the operational activity in order to anticipate inefficiencies, enabling management to intervene in good time;

Proactively propose improvements on internal procedures both regarding operations and fleet management;

Monitor and control customer feedback;

Support in the communication and launch of new operational policies and procedures.

Who you are :

Degree in Business or Engineering;

Fast learner and problem solver approach;

Ability to prioritize and be organized;

Easy to adapt and flexible;

Effective team player, with attention to detail and a hunger for learning;

English proficiency;

Good communication skills;

Be enthusiastic about making businesses grow;

Eligible for IEFP position.
