We take a fresh and innovative approach, providing bespoke research and candidate identification. We are currently searching for a Senior Associate Consultant to help us grow our operation in Lisbon.

Your new role

As Senior Associate Consultant your role will be actively developing meaningful relationships with our clients, offering Hays Executive services portfolio that include tailored solutions such as :

  • Retained executive search in the private and public sectors
  • Assessment & development
  • Salary benchmarking and evaluation
  • Career Transition Services.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

    You will have previous experience in client attraction and engagement within executive search consultancy services. By knowing Hays Executive services portfolio, you will be able to demonstrate what it takes to build and maintain a solid client base and how to be proactive with new business development and in each project management, alongside with our delivery team.

    You will have experience with attending client meetings and have the ability to articulate how the Hays Executive value proposition differentiates us from our competitors
