Overview of Role
The Compliance Team is our first line of defence against money laundering.
As a German Liaison for the Compliance Team you will be responsible for liaising with customers to collect customer due diligence documentation for the compliance team including the translating of documentation collected from German to English.
Assisting the Compliance Team with the carrying out of their duties by liaising with customers to collect customer due diligence documentation.
Taking and making phone calls from / to customers to assist said customers with any questions / issues they may have relative to the customer due diligence process.
Translating customer due diligence documents from German to English
Recording and Filing of original customer due diligence documentation received
Skills and Attributes
Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
Eligibility to work in Malta
2+ years’ experience with Customer Service or similar role
