About The Talent Acquisition Team
It’s such an exciting time to join our OLX Group TA team. We have recently embarked on a TA transformation journey worldwide in our team of 50+ people.
You will be able to part in this exciting exercise as well.
Our global Technology Talent Acquisition team is currently made up of 22+ people based in Poznan, Berlin, Lisbon and Gurgaon.
This highly talented team is responsible for hiring across tech talent across our business in Europe, India and LATAM.
What you’ll do
Own and drive the end to end recruitment process from the initial first contact with the candidate until offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Acting as a partner and advisor with hiring managers from Engineering, Product, Data and Design from designing positions, establishing a sourcing strategy and until offer negotiation while providing a first-class recruiting support and experience
Operate as the expert in industry best practices, market insights and monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruiting and employer branding at OLX Group
Ensure the quality of our hiring process is consistent by conducting interview training for core team members and managers
Guarantee 100% data accuracy of our recruitment ATS (Greenhouse) and database tracking and analyzing statistical recruitment data to determine effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and activities
Contribute to and drive global TA projects and help us implement global strategies to ensure we create diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture
This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead for Product, Data and Tech.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 5+ years of experience running recruiting processes for tech positions, end-to-end
You have strong talent sourcing skills as well as strong interviewing skills - behavioural and technical interviews are part of your daily life
You speak fluent English - you'll be part of a global team : )
You work well in constantly changing environments and enjoy the atmosphere of autonomy
Your hiring managers see you as a true advisor on how to bring awesome people onboard
You’re results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about recruiting
You have knowledge of the tech talent market in Europe, experience in the Portugal TA landscape will be a plus
