Job brief

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Porto and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department in 3 main areas : Recruitment, HR Admin and contract follow up, HR Community Management.

The HR Manager responsibilities include processing employee data / contract follow up and reporting to the Central Payrolling Team in Lisbon, updating company policies, leading the hiring process of the operational Team (CSR?

s), develop the company branding on social media accounts, developing the company?s community internally with our Feel Good Program.

To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will ensure all HR operations run smoothly in a fast-paced and constantly growing company.

Responsibilities

HR Administration and Contract Follow up

  • Maintaining digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests, follow-up closely with Central Payrolling Team in Lisbon on contract changes.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Respond to employees? questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they?re eligible for)
  • Recruitment (Customer Service Representatives population)
  • Publish and remove job ads on job boards
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Oral / Written French test levels follow up
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
  • HR Community Management
  • Provide engaging HR content in a variety of forms? such as text? image? and video? for social media accounts
  • Organize and participate in community building and Company brand awareness boosting events.
  • Feel Good Program Ambassador develop our employees' community
  • Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
  • Familiar with Recruitement of operational team (in volume)
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Good knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in French / English
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is a plus
  • The HR Manager will work on the Porto site (located in Batalha ? Porto city centre) with the Operational Team, no remote work is possible currently.
