We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Porto and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department in 3 main areas : Recruitment, HR Admin and contract follow up, HR Community Management.
The HR Manager responsibilities include processing employee data / contract follow up and reporting to the Central Payrolling Team in Lisbon, updating company policies, leading the hiring process of the operational Team (CSR?
s), develop the company branding on social media accounts, developing the company?s community internally with our Feel Good Program.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will ensure all HR operations run smoothly in a fast-paced and constantly growing company.

The HR Manager will work on the Porto site (located in Batalha ? Porto city centre) with the Operational Team, no remote work is possible currently.
