Your day to day’Develop our daily operation focusing with main focus in :

  • Lead / streamline processes of case handling and escalation processes for consumer queries
  • Lead quality monitoring of case handling process
  • Develop and implement new processes to cope with consumer needs.
  • Support that key RRP communication messages are effectively delivered to consumers by providing right tools Who we’re looking forHigher education with 1-
  • 2 years previous experience in Operations environment (preferably customer care or B2C supply chain).Native portuguese and fluent English is a must.

    Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office is necessary. and, of course, you have to be able to work under targets and with deadline and to manage multiple projects in a fast-
