Your tasks as Product Owner End Consumer Content (m / f / d) :
Drive cross functional projects to source information to ensure product listings on marketplaces are supporting the sales plan, maximize return on advertisement spend, minimize return rates and maximize conversions rates
Establish scalable workflows, automations and processes with Sales Regions to create, onboard, and enhance content and digital assets
Alignment with external agencies and consultancies, as well as utilize IT solutions (Salsify, Pacvue, Stibo Step, etc.
to monitor and continuously improve E-Commerce excellence and Digital Shelf performance. Analysis of user behavior and work on improvement measures
Ensure continuous publication of E-commerce relevant content into all required channels, version control, license and TM management with partners to ensure information authority by ZF.
Provide best practice across PIM, Product Master Data and Content Management including understanding ETL processes & technology / with local markets (.
e.g North America, South America, RoAP, Europe) in Digital Shelf initiatives.
Your profile as Product Owner End Consumer Content (m / f / d) :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Product / Data Management or E-Commerce and 2-4 years’ experience in E-Commerce operation function, dealing with marketplaces (e.
g. AMZ, Ebay, Mercado Libre, CDiscount, Tmall)
Excellent understanding and proven track record in Product Master Data Management
Good understanding of E-Commerce marketplace systems, operating processes and game changing sell-out / conversion optimization tactics
Data-driven decision-making mindset with high attention to detail
Fluent English skills and affinity for automotive and aftermarket
